Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through various channels including cold calling, networking, and industry events and convert the same into new revenue streams.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve assigned quotas and expand our client base.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our IT services portfolio, including software development, cloud solutions, and Gen AI services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored IT solutions.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments and deliver compelling presentations that showcase the value proposition of client's services.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure a seamless and accurate understanding of client requirements.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and closing deals.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Utilize data-driven insights to enhance sales strategies and improve client acquisition processes.
- Participate in industry forums, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Sales, Business Development, or a related field.
- 8-13 years of proven experience in IT services sales, preferably in a Global IT Services environment.
- Strong network and ability to connect with key decision-makers in the industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into business value for clients.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Prior experience of winning client deals in industry domains like Technology, BFS (Banking, Financial Services) would be preferred.
